One Word
This is the time of year when we hear the endless list of resolutions or intentions that many of us choose to set as we turn the calendar page into the new year. This year I am choosing to approach this idea a little differently. I will choose just one word that will be my guiding intention through the next year.
It is simple. It is clear. It has no rules.

Sit with a few words and notice what feels right for you. Write your word down. Whisper it before starting your day. Repeat it as a mantra while in meditation. Consider how this one word can guide you in your decision-making, in your yoga and meditation practice and/or with your relationships.
