Live Zoom Classes


Our weekly classes are available for any of our students who wish to practice as a drop-in student or for those with a dedicated weekly practice. Although the schedule can change from time to time, these are the staple classes that will run every week. Specialty classes will be added to the schedule when they arise.

Mondays

10:00 am - 11:00 am - Morning Practice

This morning practice will begin with an opportunity to slow down and connect with yourself through a guided Savasana. The gentle, exploratory movement will then ease the body to gradually unwind and open as we focus on functional movement, mindful strength and an exploration of classic Hatha Yoga postures. This class will be suitable for all levels of students.

Tuesdays

7:30pm - 8:30pm - Deep Release With Therapy Balls (Monthly)

This guided Therapy Ball class creates an opportunity for each student to explore self-massage techniques using various-sized therapy balls. These therapy balls provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy by using specially designed high-grip rubber massage balls and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high-tension areas.

Wednesdays

10:00 am - 11:00 am - Yoga & Slow Strength

This morning practice will support our muscular and skeletal systems with gentle yoga, and incorporating strength-building sequences into our movement practice. We will have fun using light weights, bands, and our yoga props in new and exciting ways. This is a practice with a focus on aging gracefully so that we can live active and happy lives. *Using the light weights is optional. In some cases, body weight is all that we will need. This class will be appropriate for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!!!

Thursdays

8:30 am - 8:45 am - Morning Meditation (Free Community Class)

Morning meditation will set the tone for the day. Keeping you focused, optimistic and at peace. Developing a morning meditation practice can alter your life most positively. It may, however, take a little effort to establish. This is why I am inviting you to join me on Thursday mornings for a short practice. We will keep it simple. Cameras will be off, microphones will be muted, just my voice to welcome, encourage and guide you. We will explore breath, body scans, gentle affirmations and simple poetry. Beginners are welcome.

7:30 pm - 8:45 pm - Yoga & Mindfulness

This is the perfect class after a busy day. A yoga class with a slower pace paying mindful attention to the whispers and communication of the body through each movement and breath. Time will be spent releasing any holding and tension in the body through simple movement and classic asanas followed by a pranayama practice, a guided meditation or a restorative shivasana. This class will be appropriate for all levels of students.
