Thursday Morning Meditation

Our Thursday morning meditation group is a non-intimidating, encouraging and inclusive way to practice in a group yet experience the ease of privacy.  We will meet on Thursdays at 8:30 am via Zoom.  Our cameras will be off.  Our microphones will be off.  You will be gently guided in a personal practice with Robyn Bowman.  This is a free community class.
