Together, we'll flow through energizing and calming movement practices suitable for all levels of students.
I've included a selection of guided meditations to enrich your practice and help you feel more grounded and at ease as you navigate your week.
Many of these practices can be seamlessly incorporated into your workday or after a long day on the computer.

Legs Up The Wall II
This is a gentle and restorative practice with the legs supported up the wall. Enjoy this sequence of movements to unwind the hips and calm the mind.

Wherever You Are Is The Entry Point Meditation
This meditation is inspired by a quote from Kabir. It’s a quote that I have displayed in my practice space and that inspires my practice every day.

A Start To The Week
This practice is a nice start to your week. We will ease into the practice from standing and then build a slow, strong routine.

Practice For Home Or Office
During the pandemic, “corporate yoga” took off, and chair classes became popular again. I love a good chair class! This is a short movement break that is done while sitting in a chair, perfect for home or during an office break.

A short breath-centered meditation that will focus on the breath and use the healing breath as a way of focusing the mind.

A Guided Breath Meditation Focused On Slowing Down
Many of us know how it feels to move through a busy day. Do we know how it feels to slow down? This guided meditation is dedicated to spending a few minutes slowing down to regain our self-awareness, focus, and ease.
