Hi, I’m Robyn.

My story began as a photographer captivated by how light danced on moving bodies. This passion naturally led me to open a yoga studio in a space filled with light, where I spent over 15 years teaching yoga and hosting mindfulness events for my local community.

Now, I’m still in search of light, but I've moved from the city to the country, where I’m dedicated to supporting a broader online community.

Through a unique blend of mindful movement classes, storytelling with guided meditation, and helpful home resources, I take joy in creating an inclusive space where students of all ages, abilities, and locations can experience the benefits of a consistent mindfulness practice from home.
